This site is the Advisor Portal of The Muse & Cameo Collection, for travel advisors and their teams. To use the portal you create an individual advisor account with your name, email address, agency, affiliation, consortia, city, and state. Account information is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Your password is managed by Supabase’s authentication service — it is never stored in this site’s code and is never visible to our team.
Account activity tracking. While you are signed in, we record account activity: sign-in times, when you were last active, the pages you visit, and actions you take — such as partners viewed, Matchmaker searches completed, VIP requests, partner inquiries, event and FAM trip applications, and promotion inquiries. We use this to understand advisor engagement, improve the portal, and follow up on your requests. Activity records are visible only to The Muse & Cameo Collection team and are not sold or shared with anyone beyond the partner(s) involved in fulfilling a request you make.
When you submit a form — an inquiry, VIP request, event or FAM trip application, or contact message — the information you provide is delivered to our team by email via EmailJS, a form-delivery service, and recorded in your account activity as described above.
This site also stores small amounts of data in your browser to improve your experience — for example, keeping you signed in, pre-filling forms with your profile details, and saving your favorite partners. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand overall site usage (page views, general device and country information). No advertising trackers are used.
Your choices. To review or update your information, or to delete your account and associated activity records, use “Request Account Deletion” under Advisor Portal → Account, or email hello@muse-collection.com and we will take care of it promptly.
